This thoughtful touch makes synchronizing a sale and finding new living arrangements far less stressful, knowing your generous offer in advance & knowing you have a place until then.

Their kindness even extends past the sale. I recently ran into a CJ at a restaurant and after a quick and friendly greeting, to my surprise, at the end of our meal we were informed that an 'anonymous person' had generously paid for our bill.
